She has helped startups and business grow their positive impact by scaling their partnerships and programs. Her passion lies in facilitating workshops covering various leadership topics such as mindfulness, conscious communication, emotional intelligence, somatic leadership, and systems thinking.

Vibha completed her training in New York City at Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the first organization accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also certified to lead the Organization Workshop, a group simulation process created by Power & Systems Inc (USA). She als​o played a key role as a founding member of the Coaching Council at Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), a non-profit organization committed to empowering of women at all levels.

She is a certified yoga teacher from The Yoga Institute (Mumbai) and has been practicing Vipassana meditation.

She has led high impact GTM and partnership strategies at Google Cloud, Databricks, Salesforce, and Oracle, with deep expertise in Data & AI, Cloud, CRM, and ERP. Diana has shaped digital strategies across sectors including Manufacturing, Energy, Media, Retail, and SaaS. She is also an active advisor, angel investor, and mentor, with a passion for scaling innovation and empowering future leaders.

Her vertical expertise includes Manufacturing (both Discrete and Process & HighTech), Agriculture, Energy, Media & Entertainment, Biotechnology, Automotive, Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods, and Software as a Service (SaaS). She adeptly guides organizations of all sizes on their digital transformation journeys.
